Registration Fee
The registration fee is S$3,800 (published rate). For 3 or more participants from the same organization, the cost is S$2,800. For 10 or more participants, please call (65) 6842 1233 to discuss about bulk booking. This fee covers all meetings and activities, including documents, working material and meals included in the official programme, for the person registering.
Travel and accommodation are not included. Executive assistants and other corporate colleagues accompanying the registered participant are not covered and will each have to register and pay a separate registration fee.
Please note that your registration is only confirmed upon full payment registration fee by 24 June 2011.
In order to complete the registration, please send an electronic photograph of yourself (minimum 300dpi). This will be used on a badge for identification purposes. All these information must be sent via email to Business China at registration@futurechina.sg, specifying the participant and company’s names by 24 June 2011 to be published under the Delegate Profile Section in the Forum information folder.
Note: Registration is completed only when all required information and payment are received.
Payment
We accept payment through paypal, cheques (for Singapore participants) and telegraphic transfer* for international participants. It is essential to quote your registration code during payment.

Substitution
An executive may attend the Forum in the place of another registered executive only if she/he is at the same level of responsibility in the company and the FCGF Organizing Committee has approved this substitution.
Cancellation
There will be a 50% charge for cancellation before 10 June 2011.
Full charge will be applied for any cancellation notified after 10 June 2011.
Cancellation will have to be notified in writing and sent by email to registration@futurechina.sg or via fax to: (65) 6842 2633
Accommodation
